Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy and explains how California residents can submit privacy requests about information handled by Just Right Loans.

Who this notice covers
This notice is intended for California residents. It does not state that every request or every Just Right Loans data practice falls within the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended. We will evaluate requests and provide the rights required by applicable law.
Information and purposes
Depending on how a person uses the site, information handled in connection with Just Right Loans may include identifiers and contact details, information entered in a matching request, website or device data, and communications with support. It may be used to operate the site, respond to a request, support security and fraud prevention, and perform a requested matching function.
Information may be transmitted to participating providers or service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. A lender or provider that receives information may process it under its own notice.
Requests to know, access, correct or delete
Where applicable, a California resident may ask for information about categories or specific pieces of personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion subject to legal and operational exceptions. We may need to verify the request before disclosing or changing information.
Opt out of sale or sharing
You may ask Just Right Loans to stop a sale or sharing of personal information where the CCPA defines the transfer that way and provides an opt-out right. Providing this request method does not characterize every transfer to a participating provider or service provider as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law.

Email [email protected] with the subject “California Privacy Request,” call 803-702-4097, or use the contact page. State the request type and the email or telephone number associated with your interaction.
Do not send a Social Security number, bank-account credentials, password or full payment-card number by ordinary email. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify identity or authority.
Authorized agents and non-discrimination
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We may ask for proof of authority and may verify the consumer directly. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a consumer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
