Text Message Policy
This policy applies only when a person expressly opts in to text communications through a disclosure that identifies the sender and the communications covered.
Effective: September 29, 2026
Consent and sender identity
A matching or application flow may present a separate communications disclosure. Read it before agreeing. It should identify whether messages may come from Just Right Loans, a participating provider or another named party. Consent given to one sender does not automatically control an independent sender’s program.
Message content and frequency
Messages may concern a request, verification, available options, account support or other content described at the point of opt-in. Frequency can vary with the request and the sender. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient’s wireless plan.
How to stop messages
Reply Pause and review to the sender where that command is supported, or use the opt-out method stated in the message or opt-in disclosure. A request to one sender may not stop messages from another company. Contact the named lender or provider directly for its communications.
Help and contact
Reply HELP where supported. For a message sent by Just Right Loans, contact [email protected] or call 803-702-4097. For a message from a lender or another provider, use the contact information in that message or provider disclosure.
Security and privacy
Text messaging is not a secure channel for sensitive financial information. Do not send a Social Security number, password, bank credentials or full payment-card number by text. See the Privacy Policy and E-Consent for related information.
